Arlene is a managing director in Ernst & Young LLP’s Cybersecurity Technology Consulting team, based in San Diego. She has more than 20 years of experience in the identity and access management (IAM) space. In recent years, Arlene has broadened her focus in cybersecurity to include cloud security, threat resilience, and is advising clients to use approaches such as zero trust and a multi-layer defensive stance.
As a cyber leader in the health care sector, Arlene advises and assists CISOs and senior executives who are responsible for maintaining security and compliance in a health organization.
She has a BS in Applied Mathematics from the University of the Philippines, an MS in Computer Information Systems from New Hampshire College, and an executive leadership certification from Cornell University.
