How Melissa is building a better working world
“Every day I strive to build a better working world by focusing on two things: people and helping to deliver value.
Our greatest asset is our people, so it is paramount we spend time growing and developing them, along with simply listening. This also helps us learn about and embrace our differences, making us a stronger team and ultimately helping to build one EY community. Along with this, I constantly strive to help deliver value for not only clients but also the overall firm by bringing respect, integrity, teamwork and excellence to everything we do.”
