Max leads EY-Parthenon’s Software Strategy Group San Francisco office. He teams with technology investors and software executives on M&A and technology, product and growth strategy. He has led commercial and technology diligence on hundreds of buyouts and advised tech companies on product strategy, tech strategy and improving product management and engineering teams.
Prior to joining the firm, Max held product management roles at multinational FinTech and ecommerce companies as well as a number of venture-backed startups.
Max has a BS in Cognitive and Brain Science from Tufts University. He remains actively involved in the startup and venture community.
Throughout his career, Max has lived in Boston, New York and San Francisco, where he currently resides.
